Mike Livermore writes GAC to inform us that Totally Tooned In seems to have found a home on US television:
It appears that "Totally Tooned In" is showing on the new dish provider Voom on their "Animania" channel. Check out "What's on Today", then click on the show "The Classics: Mr. Magoo. The description it provides sounds exactly like the description of Totally Tooned In, including the Fox and Crow reference.

It sounds like they're airing Crazylegs Crane too, a Pink Panther segment I've never seen... Sounds like a good time to cancel your subscription to Boomerang!

Too bad I don't have Voom (or HD for that matter.) Those who have this channel are in for a real treat... classic Columbia cartoons in high-definition.

Anyone want to tell me how I can 1.) convince my condominium complex manager to remove the cable bill from my assessment, 2.) convince her to allow me to install a satellite dish outside one of my windows, and 3.) knock down all the nearby skyscrapers blocking satellite signals?
And while you're at it, can you tell me where I can find a good, relatively inexpensive HD-ready TV set? The only ones I see are either 1.) insanely expensive or 2.) lousy.

From the description, can it be Voom is airing "Tijuana Toads" instead? They mentioned two frogs, and the character Crazylegs first appeared in Toads cartoons.
Or, did Toro and Pancho appeared in Crane's own series afterwords?

If you can get digital cable, go with that, because you don't have to pay for an extra HD satellite receiver. Then again, I don't know if Voom is available on any digital cable providers:confused:

I've talked with the Voom people. You don't have to have HD to get Voom; their package is also available for normal TVs, though they don't announce that fact as loudly as they could.
You DO have to get a satellite dish, though; or anyway, that was the requirement when I talked to them.
