This has been around for quite some time (1995 to be exact I think). Remember spotting this a few years ago.

I too saw this a few years ago for the first time, but I have to admit I find it captivating! I would swear that somebody around here made the thing. Somebody has a nice collection! It also makes a fun game of "Name That Toon."
