Enjoy this ficticious commercial.

(Sniffles looks at the camera, with a special box)

Sniffles: (talking as fast as you want) hi, I'm Sniffles, is your name Sniffles? I guess not but it's okay. You know the holiday season is coming up and you know what I got early? I got the Tickle Me Elmer doll. (takes the doll out of the box) Yup, a doll of everybody's favorite hunter, Elmer Fudd, though I never watch him, but you just push his stomach and he laughs. I'll show you.

(Sniffles presses Elmer's stomach, and the doll laughs like Elmer, and shakes a small bit)

Sniffles: Wait a minute what kind of doll is this? I don't like that laugh I can't believe that this will be this years hottest-selling toy of the holiday season I want a Red Ryder BB Gun instead....

(Sniffles continues talking as the scene fades to a solo shot of the Tickle Me Elmer doll)

Announcer: So buy Tickle Me Elmer, the hottest toy of the holiday season. You'll support Elmer Fudd, and ensure that we get an Elmer's World in two years.
(cut to a shot fo Daffy with a different kidn of Elmer Fudd doll)
Daffy: And if you don't like laughter buy the Elmer Live doll!
(the Elmer Live doll shoots it's gun at Daffy)
Elmer Live: I shot a duck! (laughs)
Daffy: (angered) Ohh, what I do for money...

Annoucner: buy Tickle Me Elmer and Elmer Live, in stores while they last. Both sold seperately. Spokesmouse and spokesduck not included. For ages 6 and down. Please don't complain, parents.

In the case of the Elmer Live! doll, do't you get the irony that a doll that can actually shoot people and animals is marketed to kids aged 6 and under?

And if you reeeaalllly want it, you can buy it, and if you feel embarrassed, just tell the store people that it's for a younger relative.
