what exactly censored on every cartoon that shown on this special?
exept for any bonds today(al jolson black face),spies(japs)bosko the talkink kid, the return of mr hook and spoony melodies?

Most of the cartoons in that Toonheads episode were edited for time and not for any objectionable content.

Lady Play Your Mandolin has a scene with Foxy walking down an aisle that's cut. Also the part where he's riding his horse to the bar is shortened. I am unaware of any other edits.

Adventures of The Road Runner, only one deleted scne was shown, but the entire "Ralph Philips" scene was not shown.

Also on "Spies" you mention "japs" being cut, it also appears that the scne where Snafu gets drunk got edited a tad.

The Tang Commercial probably has an edit somewhere.

I think the "Spooney Melody" was shortened considerably. I would think the song had more than just the one verse that was shown.

Here are some of the parts edited in "So Much For So Little".

The entire scene showing how flies get their legs dirty from sewers is gone.

When we see Johnny in his classroom, the camera pans over the blackboard, showing examples of how the Health Service helps schools, which is gone.

Most of the parts when Johnny and Mary have a health check are gone.

All of the scenes showing Johnny as a middle aged man were edited.

"Orange Blossoms for Violet" was also cut down. Although having it on the new collection is a treat - it's pretty funny.
