HECKLE & JECKLE: Who spoke WHAT accent?

I've never been able to ascertain WHICH magpie spoke WHICH accent.:confused:
Does anyone out there have CONCRETE info on this matter?

All I can tell you is that I have a tape of a Terrytoons childrens record where the Brooklyn bird says, "I'm Heckle" and the British bird says, "...and I'm Jeckyl!"
