You know the picture of the refined Tweety on Bugs Bunny Superstar when Clampett says, "So we had to put yellow feathers on Tweety and make him a canary." Do you think that picture was the real title card for Tweetie Pie?

I always thought it might be too. Clampett salvaged a lot of art, and his estate is probably the largest. There's art in that rat's nest that was done years after he left the studio (like the Sahara Hare storyboards), though oddly none of his own art for his own cartoons.

That's not true. For the Barrier interview, Clampett lent artwork from Russian Rhapsody and The Hep Cat.

Of course tons of art from Clampett cartoons by other artists exist. I meant none of his own artwork that actually came from his hand for his own color cartoons. As in a character layout drawn by Clampett. I've seen some of his from Porky in Wackyland which do at least show he was setting the drawing style for his black and white pictures. Whatever that's worth.

So, does everyone else think it's the title card art?
