Were the two Looney Tunes cartoons Baby Bottleneck & Book Revue UNCUT on TNT and TBS?

I'm not sure about BOOK REVUE, but BABY BOTTLENECK would not have because the edited sequence (that being when the baby alligator is delivered to the pig and is about to bite her teat, she says "Ha ah, ah, don't touch that dial!") was edited before it was released in theaters by the orders of the Hays Office.

I'm not sure, but I don't think either one was edited on TBS or TNT. CN might have made some edits as they seemed to do when TBS/TNT stopped running cartoons. By the way, this is off-topic but, has anyone noticed the pathetic turn TBS and TNT have taken over the last 8 years? Those aren't the same channels I grew up with.

The Turner cable networks were generally good about not editing the MGM and pre-48 WBs they ran. If they cut anything, it was usually blackface gags:sylvester :tomcat: :jerry: :bbear: and other 'racial' material- at least in the nineties. Later that decade, CN started to cut some Indian, gunshot, smoking and narcotic gags- especially when it acquired the post-48s. Check out the invaluable http://looney.goldenagecartoons.com/ltcuts/ltcutsh.html for specific details.
Supposedly, TBS and TNT aired the cartoons containing these offenses uncut all during the eighties. As late as 1987, NYC's WOR/9 (in its pre-UPN days) carried a pre-48 package that included uncut versions of I TAW A PUTTY TAT, THE SHEEPISH WOLF, A FEATHER IN HIS HARE, HIAWATHA'S RABBIT HUNT, AIN'T THAT DUCKY. It also showed several WWII-themed shorts containing caricatures of Hitler, Stalin et al: DAFFY THE COMMANDO, PLANE DAFFY, HERR MEETS HARE, FIFTH COLUMN MOUSE, THE WEAKLY REPORTER. None of these cartoons seemed to air on any Turner network during the nineties.
