Looks to me like this is actually authorized by Scott Adams. This is easily the best modern animation I've seen in years, and this new Dilbert video podcast is basically Dilbert in 15-30 second vignettes that are absolutely as hilarious as Dilbert the comic strip is!!
The website is http://ringtales.com/dilbert.html
I never endorse something if I don't absolutely love it, and these are going to be semi-permanent fixtures on my hard drive for a long, long time! :D

There used to be Internet Dilbert cartoons several years ago (about a year before the UPN television series), which were basically webtoon versions of printed comic strips (ex. the one where aliens show up at Dilbert's house)
That sounds like Billy West voicing Wally. I like Gordon Hunt better. I like Catbert's new voice better than Jason Alexender from the series. He sounds more diabolical in these webtoons.

Dogbert's voice sounds way off. Chris Elliot's sarcastic take on the character was much better, I think. And Gordon Hunt was better as Wally, too - I'm not sure if it's Billy West playing him here, but whoever it is, they sound electronically altered.
Come to think of it, just about all the animated series' voices were perfect for these characters, and now it feels too weird envisioning them speaking with anything else. I should also add that a lot of these shorts worked better as strips - "Deep Thoughts" is based on one of my all-time favorite Dilbert strips, and the pacing was much funnier in print (where the Boss continues his rant uninterrupted, Dilbert only starts thinking "Meteor meteor meteor meteor..." in the last panel, and you don't actually see one fly in and hit him).
Still, the animation is really good for a Web-based endeavor, I won't fault it on that.
