Sat patiently....and wondered if there were ever any concrete plans to release the two T and J cartoons not on any spotlight set: "Mouse Cleaning" and "Casanova Cat". I originally called WHV....and they told me someone would get back to me....yeah, right.
IF there are no plans...is there anyone that could copy them for me? I don't want to step on any copywrite toes.....but would really like to add them to the sets....and would gladly PURCHASE legitimate releases if/when WHV would put them out.
Feel free to send me a private message if you can/will help me out.
Thanks.

I thought it was stated that those 2 cartoons were (unfortunately) left out by design. When before, with the first 2 volumes, replacement discs were made available due to mistakes made, this time since there was no mistake (except in our minds) there would be no replacement.
Sucks, don't it???

You could always get these two cartoons by ordering the UK Tom and Jerry Classic Collection sets. Thye're both there, and both are uncut.

Couple concerns with the uk set.
Are they Region 1 playable discs?
And....can me a cheap SOB....but seems like a lot for just the two cartoons. If I was smart enough to figure out how to download from Youtube......but I had success awhile back with someone copying a cheapo Hoppity Hooper set for me....thought I'd go this route first.
Maybe I'll ring up WHV again.....just to bug them.
And I DO know they were left off on purpose...though God only knows WHY.....the "racial" stereotypes aren't any worse than some that DID make the sets.....and there's ample room for them on disc 2....

The UK and German and French sets are all region code 2 PAL. The cartoons are on 2 different discs. With the UK set they are double sided disks and you will pay more for that. The german & French disks are single sided. If you search for my ID, you can find which disks have the 2 cartoons as this subject has been brought up before-. They are indeed not cut which is normally not the case for the European versions.
I have searched for my post - it is quoted at:
