15th International Cartoon Festival

I noticed today on German TV video text that from May 1 - 6 will be in Stuttgart the "15th International Cartoon Festival". Anyone know about this? Any "famous" people such as Jerry Beck going to be there?????

More information (in English and German) is here: http://www.itfs.de/ . The program sounds very nice, although it is apparently limited to contemporary animation (2006 to 2008, with a matinee called "The best of animation" showing films als old as 1997!).
