So I was getting my Woody Woodpecker Vol. 2 today at Best Buy, and I notice a sticker on the Popeye Vol. 1 DVD's that says "includes a Popeye comic book reprint, a Best Buy exclusive". I thought the Best Buy Exclusive was the collectible tin that I got last summer.
When did this happen? Did anyone get it?
