From what I gather, it was made at a studio in Prague called "Prag-Film" around 1943 by German cartoonist Horst V. Mollendorff (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horst_von_M%C3%B6llendorff). He also worked as writer for Hans Fischerkoesen on films like like "Weather-Beaten Melody" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3dKQLUqgB-0) and "The Snowman" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T39J6RL1kXA). Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hochzeit_im_Korallenmeer) has a little more detail on this.
Being reminded I have another such Nazi-era cartoon I wouldn't mind sticking up on YouTube that was from the Goebbels-led "Deutsche Zeichenfilm GmbH" called "Armer Hansi" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1010296/) ("Poor Hansi").

I saw a five second clip of that film; the animation looks pretty interesting, remeinded me of a warner Brothers cartoon if I recall. Would it be possible to post the whole film?

The animation was pretty fluid and rubbery as I noted. I've read the Nazis had previously uncovered a print of Disney's Snow White and used it as a means to learn the craft when they made this short (interestingly, Snow White would not be seen in Germany until it's West German theatrical release in 1950).
