I performed a search on GAC which said that the Library of Congress has the only known copy of the SNAFU cartoon Secrets of the Carribean. Is there any new information on the availibility of this short?

I checked the bcdb site list but the synopsis appears to be that of another Snafu short.

Some people say that the short is lost, other ones that the only copy is there.
I wonder if they'll allow people like Jerry or David to make a copy out of their print.
