Hi there--
OT, but not OT. Here in the US, around 1998, McDonald's chains began selling a series of videos produced by Klasky-Csupo called THE WACKY ADVENTURES OF RONALD McDONALD.
I admit I am no fan of Rugrats, or much anything else in the way of 90's NickToons, but these videos are extremely well-made and entertaining, and even have some music by Devo's Mark Mothersbaugh.
Maybe they just appeal to blatant nostalgia on my part, going back to a time when McDonald's was a FUN place to go (long ago)...in one episode, they go back in time and meet Mayor McCheese!
At 40 minutes each, there were six of these adventures...........but not really. What I mean is, the sixth one for some reason was either not sold in stores, or just plain hard to get.
It's called THE LEGEND OF McDONALDLAND LOCH, a Loch Ness Monster-type story.
I have been converting videos to DVD for my kids, who LOVE these shows. It would make a very nice set of two discs if I could track down the missing #6 video. Ebay, Google, YouTube searches yield nothing.
Can anybody here help? I'll pay postage, and I will trade you very well.
